You'll find us at the Rocklea Saturday Fresh Food Markets every Saturday and the Nundah Farmers Markets every Sunday.
Plus, we supply for a variety of cafés and restaurants around Brisbane.
What are your opening hours?
Do you open on public holidays?
Yes, we open on public holidays if they fall within our usual trading days (Tuesday – Sunday).
However, we close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

In-store we can accept cash and card payments.

Products & Ingredients
What is sourdough?
Sourdough is a naturally fermented bread made using traditional techniques.
It requires only three ingredients: flour, water, and salt.
Why does it take three days to prepare sourdough?
The natural fermentation process involves feeding and nurturing the starter, hand-shaping the dough, and allowing it to rise naturally. This slow process takes up to 72 hours before baking.
Why is sourdough easier to digest than commercial bread?
Sourdough fermentation breaks down phytic acid, which can interfere with digestion. This process makes nutrients more available and allows wheat and grains to be digested more easily.
Do you have vegan options?
Our sourdough breads are vegan-friendly as they contain only flour, water, and salt.
However, our pastry items are not suitable for vegans.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Our sourdough and croissant products are made with wheat, rye, or spelt flour. Due to the risk of cross-contamination, we do not specialise in gluten-free products.
Freshness & Sustainability
How fresh are your products?
All our products are baked fresh daily and are best enjoyed on the same day. We do not hold products for sale the next day and adhere to strict food standards.
Do you donate unsold products?
Yes! Any suitable unsold items are donated to local homeless shelters and charities we have long-standing relationships with.
